High Pressure Hydraulic Lines and Pneumatic Lines

These are manufactured from Quality Raw material (hot rolled Seamless Tubes) purchased from abroad and within the Country. These hot rolled tubes are cold drawn to closer dimensional tolerances using Tungsten Carbide Dies and Mandrels. Tubes are then subjected to bright annealing to ensure mechanical properties confirming to national and international standards without any oxidization. Bright annealing operation imparts bright outer and inner surface which are necessary for use in hydraulic lines. Pickling operations are not at all necessary after final annealing. Any pickling operation of hydraulic tubes is dangerous as any rinsing water residue promotes rust in long run.

Hydraulic tubes generally confirms to DIN-2391 ST35-NBK or EN-10305-1-E235+N standards. These tubes have bright OD and ID surface finish and tested by eddy current and hydraulic pressure to ensure defect free product. These tubes also offered with Zinc blue/yellow passivation in length upto 6metre. All the plated tubes are individually wrapped to avoid any damage in transit.

We also have facility to supply these components in ready to assemble state. All the necessary facilities like electroplating, CNC bending, induction and manual brazing, flaring and welding lines are available in-house.

Tube Assembly

We are equipped with all infrastructure for the assembly of bright annealed tubes manufactured by us. The facilities like CNC bending, electroplating, auto welding, induction and manual brazing, flaring and end forming are available in-house. These components are well accepted by OEM like CNC and SPM machine manufacturers, Earth moving equipment manufacturers, hydraulic cylinder and powerpack manufacturers and many. Customers has innumerous advantages by procuring tube assemblies from us like lower cost, on time and dependable supply , low dependency on sub-contractors, lower inventory cost.

Auto Components

Bright annealed tubes are used in various Auto motives like Heavy Vehicles, Earth Moving equipment, Material Handling Equipment due to its clean inside surface along with very good Mechanical properties to facilitate Bending, End Forming, bulbing etc. We do have the in-house facility for operations like electroplating, CNC bending, induction and manual brazing, flaring and welding lines.

Fuel Injection Tubes

We make this category of tubes for applications in Diesel Engines. Fuel Injection tubes needs closer dimensional tolerance and very smooth Inner surface to ensure higher fuel efficiency, lower emission and long life of the engine parts. More care is taken at all stage of manufacturing to get surface roughness below 2 microns(Ra value) Orders are accepted with Dimensional Tolerance up to +0.05mm/-0.00 on OD and +/-0.1mm on ID. These orders are accepted with specific MOQ and lead time. Applications: All types of Diesel Engines. We do have the in-house facilities like electroplating, CNC bending, induction and manual brazing, flaring, end forming and bulbing.

ZINC-BLUE/YELLOW Passivated Tubes

Anuhree has in house Facility to carryout Zinc lue/Yellow Passication up to 6 mtr length. This Coating is basically done for rust prevention and gives good aesthetic looks. ID of the tubes are plugged while plating to avoid any contamination by electrolytes and other Chemicals. These tubes are individually wrapped to avoid any damage in transit.
